Thanks to Kopfsalat products, Bernd Schumacher and Simone Lisanti and their team are now bringing this way of life into their customers' bathroom cabinets.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How is your hair salon today?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are finally living our dream. With our own brand, Kopfsalat, we are now engaging with all touchpoints: from our workwear, product consultation, and trial application to purchase at the counter, the Kopfsalat brand ultimately positions itself in our customers' bathrooms. The Kopfsalat product range also shines in the shop window and on our social media channels, and is showcased in our promotional videos on screens or projectors in the salon. We really wanted a unique selling proposition that makes us incomparable to any online shop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How did the transition to your own product range go?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seamlessly. Together with Mr Varga and his team, we have put together a small yet exquisite range. We are continuously optimising this. What does the customer want? What is trending on the market? What new products does Varga Hair offer? We can respond to demand quickly and flexibly and offer tailored products. We in turn present these at our touchpoints, thereby also attracting new customers. It doesn't get any better than that. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How is your hair care range being received by customers?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wonderful. Depending on the hair type, we can recommend the right product. Once purchased, thanks to the refill approach, the customer comes back to our salon to top up. We notice the increased frequency not just in the volume of customers, but also in our turnover. Furthermore, there are quite a few customers who want to stay loyal to their regular hairdresser, but buy their hair care products exclusively from us. We are very grateful to Varga Hair. They have always responded to our suggestions and wishes and implemented them more than satisfactorily.
