Varga Hair International has been successfully operating in the market as a partner for hairdressers since 1992. Continuous growth has accompanied our company's history ever since. Our success has many mothers and fathers. Right at the forefront is the Varga family, who orchestrate a perfectly coordinated team. However, the most important players in this successful interaction are our clients, with whom we have cultivated longstanding, trusting partnerships on an equal footing for years.

That is certainly not to be taken for granted in a time that is extremely fast-paced and in which economic pressure is omnipresent for all market participants. In such times, partnerships that are well nurtured and maintained are enormously important. Speaking of important, for Karl Varga jun., a further building block is crucial to success: „It may sound a cliché, but without a sense of enjoyment in the task, there is no moving forward. I am firmly convinced that our positive way of approaching things is particularly appreciated by our customers. This makes it easy to find sustainably good solutions by mutual agreement, even in difficult situations.“

As a family-run business, Varga Hair benefits from the advantage of short decision-making channels. Both internally and in collaboration with hairdressers, short channels are often the best. Elisabeth Varga, authorised signatory and the heart of the business, describes it like this: „We know our customers, and our customers know us.
