Sales Manager

We – a successful, dynamic, family-run hair cosmetics company – with over 30 years of history are looking for you: 

INTERNAL SALES MANAGER (m/f/d) (full-time) 
at our location in Grödig, Austria

with the ability to offer our salon clients the added value and exclusivity through the
to facilitate cooperation with us. Since your predecessor is retiring, a start as soon as possible is desired to train you as best as possible for your new role.

Your responsibilities include:

• Initial contact for new customer enquiries
• Customer contact during quotation and order processing
• Telephone support for an assigned customer base
• Administrative support for our field sales staff
• Office Management
• Collaboration with our internal sales team
• Collaboration with our European branches
• Representation support at external trade fairs and events (willingness to travel approx. 5 times a year) 

Working hours are MON – THU: 8:00–17:00 / FRI: 08:00–15:30.

What you bring to the table:

• Commercial training
• Relevant experience in sales and/or field service
• Autonomous and precise working style
• Team spirit, reliability and commitment
• Very good MS Office skills 
• Flawless written and spoken German
• enthusiasm for the hair cosmetics sector
• Good written and spoken English is an advantage

Remuneration as per collective agreement – higher pay will be considered depending on relevant professional experience and qualification.

What we do:

We develop and produce our products ourselves and distribute them exclusively to our salon clients. Our clients have the opportunity to use our products in the salon and design them exclusively as a private label for retail sale in the salon.

As pioneers in this private label manufacturing segment, we have decades of experience in production and the screen printing process.
